I wondered if anyone had any advice? I have a long journey to go on on my own, with my 3 children (3, 5 & 8) I'd like to break the journey up a bit (we're travelling west to east) by staying overnight somewhere family-friendly, not too expensive, and not too far from the M4. If they have a playground or park, my kids are happy! Any ideas anyone?
Novotel Reading is 3 miles from the M4. It has lots of family rooms and connecting rooms. There's a children's play area, video games in the lobby and a kids menu. There's also an indoor heated pool but if you're like me, you might forget to mention that to the kids! If the kids do need to let off steam after the journey, this is just up the road www.krazyplaydays.co.uk
Brilliant- I'll look into it- thanks for the advice!
