Cornwall Honeymoon in October with a 6mth old

Can anyone help with suggestions please? I'm a bit stuck!

It'll be in October, not half term. We have a baby so I was thinking a posh Centre parks type place with a nice chalet and grounds that we can walk in and a pool. We'd like some luxury as it's our honeymoon so willing to pay more. Must be North Cornwall or North Devon for the surf.

Bedruthan steps?

Yes the Bedruthan hotel is great for family friendly luxury, there's a special tea time for children, free 2 hours childcare per day and a lovely spa. Also it's right on the beach. We loved it when we stayed with our 9 month old.

If you want self catering rather than a hotel then The Park at Mawgan Porth is lovely here.

Definitely Bedruthan or Retallack.

Watergate Bay hotel. Luxury for you, but with kids zone, pool, kids tea, baby monitors, baby-sitting service and right on Watergate Bay beach. Oh, and you could go to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant which is across the car park! I'd recommend the sea view rooms.

Watergate bay hotel, all the way! We love it there all year round.

can deffo recommend bedruthan hotel! .. weve just had our adults only honeymoon there, a chance to leave the toddler behind with grandparents for a few nights but we will deffo return with her for an anniversary as the facilities for both kids and adults were excellent . nothing was too much trouble for them. close to the airport, picked up a hire car
and from there it was less than 10 a minute drive

I have done Bedruthan and Watergate Bay & you won’t go wrong with either of these.

Both offer more or less the same facilities which are in any case fantastic.

If I were you, I would plump for Bedruthan and put DC into the crèche and pop down into the Scarlet spa for a few hours. The Scarlet is the ‘adults only’ sister hotel & there are about 30 steps between them.

Fowey hall. Part of luxury family hotel chain. Creche included, but not sure what age starts

I was going to say Una St Ives (amazing place) but then saw North Cornwall/North Devon. Highly recommend it if you ever want to go further South. Has a fantastic amount of eco lodges, restaurant on site and spa/fitness centre. The pool is one of the best I've ever been in.
