Fun for kids with a spa nearby

We're looking for somewhere the kids will enjoy (cbeebies land, etc) but with a spa nearby so that one of the grownups can disappear for a day and chill out. (Hopefully, while the remaining parent doesn't completely melt down!!!) Has anyone been anywhere similar? Extra points if the kids place has some sort of water park suitable for a 2 & 4yo. Thanks :)

Gullivers land in Milton Keynes - either Whittlebury Hall nr Towcester or champneys at tring

I'm sure there must be a decent spa in Windsor nr legoland

Oh, and gullivers has an indoor splash park, or there's an outdoor one over the road at Willen lake

Center Parcs have Aqua Sana spas, the one at Woburn is lovely. Went to the Sherwood one a few years back which was nice but it has apparently just had a massive revamp and looks beautiful.

We love the area around Filey Bay in Yorkshire. The beaches are brilliant by there is so much more to do and a lot of it is under cover if the weather is bad.
Bridlington is just south of Filey and there's a sweet factory (John Bull World of Rock) and an excellent model village. Rose Hill Park is absolute heaven on Earth for anyone under ten years old and Sewerby Hall and Gardens is a good day out with adventure playground, menagerie, mini ride on train. You can get tours of Flamborough Light House and just north up the coast is Scarborough with its indoor fairground collection (loads of kid friendly rides) marine rescue sanctuary, castle and railway rides. BugTopia at Hornsea is a large indoor tropical rainforest. There's a new walk-through stick insect exhibit! There's a few indoor soft play centres in the area and of course excellent fish and chips!
For accommodation, take a look at The Bay Filey self catered holiday village. Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool, along with sauna, steam room with a fitness suite and beauty room as well as an all weather tennis court.
