Family friendly weekend break hotel, seaside

Looking for somewhere for dh's birthday- a long weekend somewhere more luxurious than our usual Premier Inn! We will have our dc (6 and 9) with us so looking for a hotel with things for kids to do (pool, playground, garden etc) .Also would be great if it was by the sea. Any thoughts??
