Am I unreasonable?

So I am 40 +5 pregnant living with my husband. Recently (about three weeks ago) his brother had slight issues and came to stay with us for few days. But he is still here and is not thinking about sorting anything out. He sleeps on the sofa downstairs. I feel uncomfortable to go downstairs during night and feel like I don't want the labour to start as I can't use downstairs. I asked my husband to speak to him and get him sort something out as I am uncomfortable and want the house to our selves when the baby comes. Am I wrong for asking this from him cos he is making it out as if it's not that big of a deal..
