Looking for a 3 generation holiday in somewhere like Knoll House....

Last year we went on holiday with DF, DS (and her lot inc 1 and 3 year old) and my lot (7 and 5). We went to Knoll House and I had MASSIVE reservations - how was I going to get the kids to sleep so we could go for dinner at 7.30 and stop them annoying the sitter outside the door, being the main one. However we were so surprised that after a day on the beach and in the pool the kids were exhausted and just fell asleep after watching a movie on the iPad which we put on the second to the lovely lady outside the room arrived (g and t on the terrace beckoned) at 7.30. All worked a treat and even DH enjoyed himself. So we are looking for the same sort of thing for next summer - same sort of dinner set up and breakfast where DF can enjoy brekkie sans kids and we can run riot with coco pops. We would go back but with so many holidays in the world I don't want to go back to the same place. Has anyone been anywhere the same.....
