Can anyone recommend any good self catering cottage companies that cover Northumberland?

We booked through Cottages4You. I think you can get cashback through Quidco.

thanks for replying - did you like what you got? DH and I are dead fussy about our cottages (we have left early in the past smile). Don't mind spending a fair bit to get somewhere really nice.

I can't recommend any specific cottages, but I can recommend Northumberland as we spend a lot of time there.

Had the most blissful week of my life there last year.

How about - stayed here four times. I love it.

Northumbria Cottages is good.

We had a decent place in Alnwick OP. We're not super fussy though.

Fenwick Cottage in Whittingham is lovely. I have stayed there 3 times, and would happily return

We stayed here which was top notch. Former gatehouse of the Lodge. Although the Lodge is adult only they do allow children in the cottage. Good base to go to coastal or inland Northumberland.
