Help I messed up and havn't booked anything

Was meant to book an anniversary break for 12th and 13th September. Was thinking big luxury hotel (£150 per night max) in the countryside but now everywhere seems to be full or ridiculously expensive. Pretty flexible on location but needs to be within an hour and a half of Stafford any direction.

Anyone out there bored enough to help me find something? I have been looking for the past 3 nights and am uninspired but running out of time.

Wentbridge house hotel is £155 per night. I think its about 90 minutes maybe a tad more.
