Haven holidays change/cancellation

Hi, has anyone had to change their haven holiday dates at the very last minute? If so how were haven, did they allow this to happen?
We have booked a break in a weeks time but are struggling to make it now and wondered what the usual outcome of a situation like this is.
Really we just want to rearrange. We'll loose all the money if we had to cancel.
