were Planning a midweek break for April/may time next year (although dates completely flexible)

Really after somewhere with a great pool and things for 3yo DD to do, option for activities for us parents would be great too but ideally I don't want to be forking out for every little activity either.

Any recommendations?

I've done all 3!!

Bluestone has a great pool (we spend hours in the lazy river). Not so great with additional activities for toddlers (imo). And you have to pay extra for activities.

Butlins Skegness has a fantastic pool, we went four times in a week and still hadn't managed to do everything there. It's like a big Waterworld. There are loads of additional free activities that my 3yo loved, but as an adult you do find it a bit much sometimes.

Been to a few of the Haven sites, and my favourite by far is Devon Cliffs, good pool, the site is just a short walk to the beach, good entertainment. Best for pleasing everyone I think!

We have been to Bluestone twice and have already booked for next year. Lots to do with a toddler including a huge pool, activity centre and toddler friendly circus room. Lots of walking and places to explore. Other activities require an extra fee but we've only paid for one (baby sensory and it wasn't worth it) we like it but I do think its expensive. We go because we live close by. We normally split our day up, we spend the morning on site and then visit one of the lovely towns near by. You've also got Folly Farm less then 10 mins away, a massive hit in our family. Can't comment on the others as I've never been but Centre Parcs Longleat is a favourite with lots of my friends.

Is there anything on in the evenings at bluestone? Skegness is somewhere were considering so good to know your 3yo liked it!
