Bosinver Olearea cottage or Higher Hill?

hi don't know if this has been done before but I'm considering booking a Bosinver cottage for our family.

we are a family of 6 (DH and I, plus 4 dc ranging from 7-2). I cant decide between Olearea or Higher Hill. Olearea looks central and convenient but Higher Hill looks amazing and is a bit more expensive. Does anyone have experience of which is better? Will the layout of Higher Hill be difficult with little ones or is it worth splashing out star for?

Any input welcome. Thanks in advance

We stayed in Higher Hill in 2007 and are booked to stay again next Easter (have been to Bosinver quite a few times in between!) - when we stayed in 2007 I didn't really like having the bedrooms downstairs but I think I'm over that now. It is beautifully decorated (like all of their cottages) but I'd say Olearia has the edge on location - it's right next to the play area, trampoline, playground equipment, swing etc. - which would be very handy for you allowing your children a bit of freedom to go and play. Higher Hill though has the better views.

Another thing, HH has a balcony off the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area, if I had a 2yo I might be nervous about that...
