We've got a six (almost seven) and a four year old. Both v active and outdoorsy, although the older one is a bit of a beard-stroker as well, so museums aren't off the radar.

Obvs beaches are our first choice, but I think it might be raining a bit, so......

Many thanks, guys.

Bude is good - plenty to do on the beach plus the big sheep which is a park with animals and stuff. also try trethorne at Launceston and hidden valley too. Loads to do around there you will have a great holiday.

Well there's the castle obviously, and the carnival is great if that's on.

Trebarwith strand beach is wonderful when the tide is out. lots of rocks to climb.

The camel trail is not that far away if they like cycling.

Heartlands at Redruth is a bit further away but great for little ones.
