trying to come up with some ideas for a weeks UK break in August. We quite fancy Centreparcs but having been to Sands in Cornwall with the babylistening service we think we'd like somewhere that also offers that.

Does Centreparcs?

thanks everyone. And Centreparcs in mid august - will it be too crowded, especially bearing in mind we are Centreparc virgins and wont know the ropes?

it will be busy but to be honest, we've found it to be more unbearable in the winter months because everyone does all the indoor activities (so indoor pool, indoor play area etc.) where at least in the summer, lots of people go out boating, playing outside etc. so it feels less crowded even if there are the same amount of people.

We have just come back from our first CP experience. Our DS had 2 weeks off at WHit whereas most others seem to have had 1 - so we went in his 2nd week (cheaper !! and less busy).
We usually go to out of the way places, out of season so to be honest the amount of people at first was a bit of a shock! But its a big place so after the initial rush of arrivals, its not as bad. We also found that using the pool after 7pm was also good as much fewer people. How old are your DS/DD?? DS is 5 and we found limited things that we could all do together becuase of the age limitations
