Cotswolds / walking / child-free anniversary weekend

We usually go to Derbyshire or Yorkshire Dales but I fancy a change. Am looking for a quiet b&b, with a bit of luxury, in or walking distance from a village with a pub and tea shops. Needs to be good walking area. Would prefer the northern end of the Cotswolds.
