this is just a rant.....
we booked a haven break about 4 months ago and booked a fairly decent caravan then paid £20 on top for a 2012 model. we were told at the time the price wouldnt get cheaper so we were happy to book. however i went on this morning to see how much it would have cost us to book last minute and the caravan above us is only £2.50 more and our caravan is cheaper. we phoned this morning to ask if we could up grade for the £2.50 but they refused and the fact they told us our caravan price wouldnt get better and now it has has really really annoyed me. plus they were so unhelpful and cocky when we phoned this morning. basically they said what do you expect its last minute so of course the price is cheaper!!!!! im hopping mad.

name and shame them in chat where everyone will see their unfair treatment of you, very silly of a business to upset customers,
Name and shame them on twitter, this works well apparently.
Give them lots of bad publicity and they might change their policy on lying to customers.
ive heard about doing doing that on twitter but ive no idea how twitter works but ill give it a go.
