Holiday home in the UK with 15 bedrooms? Can you help!!!

Hi we started looking today for holiday accommodation to fit 25 members of my family for Christmas 2012.

We have managed to find one or two that are available and we will fit in but by God it has been hard work.

We would like somewhere that has the wow factor but don't really want to go over £10,000 for a weeks rent.

We would consider anywhere in the UK mainland but need decent space as we have 9 children under 10 to run riot and 2 dogs.

We have calculated we would need 15 bedrooms minimum and obviously a gigantic dining room for Christmas lunch.

I have told everyone that MN will come up with a few additional properties for our consideration so please prove me right? It will also save me trawling the internet all night Smile

Oh and I need it quick as one we shortlisted was then booked up whilst we were still on the website!

themildmannerdjanitor seems to have solved your problemsGrin.
You could also book somewhere that has several holiday homes in one complex although I appreciate you might not really be able to cater in one place!

Themildmanneredjanitor I have had a look through the site you gave and found one that is a possibility as most of them offer split accommodation but Knowle manor looks great. Thank you

Anymore suggestions from anyone would be appreciated.

Orienteerer - we have looked on the one you linked to and none of them are any good unfortunately.

What about this place? porlock vale I think it has 15 bedrooms. If not available or suitable, the big domain website has lots of other places.

How about here....

Not sure if they do Christmas bookings but I've been to an event there and it is lovely.

Found it...perhaps? Hamps Hall & Barn in the Peak District, 18 bedrooms (in 2 adjoining buildings)and a dining room that sleeps 40, takes dogs and is available.
This one is available but only 14 bedrooms.
