Are there any shops at Arrivals in Manchester Airport?

Travelling to Manchester Airport from overseas later this week. Does anyone know if they have any useful shops in the Arrivals area once you pass through Customs? Thinking of things like Boots, to pick up toiletries, or a mini supermarket to pick up things to eat. Thanks!

There's a wh smith (I think) - sort of small supermarkety thing - that sells milk, sweets, snacky kid of stuff, but it's not all that marvellous
