Can anyone recommend a tutor in the North/East London area for KS2 and 11+?

How much are people paying per hour?

I paid £45 per hour to tutor my son for 11+ last academic year. Which area are you in? I can recommend the tutor I used for my DS depending on where you are. Her lessons were 2 hours minimum, which I’ll be honest with you, I was frustrated about at first, but actually it worked quite well as it got DS into the habit of concentrating for long periods of time, which fared him well for exams. DS is a very hyperactive child, and she did very well with him, I asked her for references before she started and all the parents said the same thing, that their DC adored her (probably as she would occasionally bring snacks with her to share!)

Hello, I'm looking for tutoring groups specifically for children trying for the London 11+ Consortium (eg SHGS, Channing, G&L, etc). DD already doing 121 but it would be good to join a group. Any recommendations with demonstrable results? We live in NW, but happy to travel a bit. Thanks!
