Any views out there ? My year 3 DD struggling with Maths and wondering if this would help?

I think it will depend a lot on the individual tutor they give you. My dc have a maths tutor they share between the two of them once a week and it's a big help, but he's a teacher from another school district.

If Kumon can give you some who is also a real school teacher it's certainly worth a try.

Ds did it because he really enjoyed maths and it was fun for him. Why not try it and see what you think? It is a daily commitment though (OK so its only ten mins but if a child isn't motivated it can be a daily fight).

You could try First Class Learning. Works just like kumon but also consolidates the national curriculum. There are alor of centres in the London.
