Micro mini scooter seat question

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a scooter for my daughter for her 3rd birthday. Her big sister had a micro mini so thought we would get the same. Bit dd2 has a few health issues and gets tired easily so I wondered about getting the 3 in 1 with the seat. Does anyone have one. Would the seat still take a three year old? From. The website it looks as though they suggest age 2 remove seat, age 3 swap to normal handlebars. But could it work for my small but heavy 3 year old. Thanks.

I'd think it would be too low. I'd look at balance bikes instead
