(20 Posts)Hi mums, I'm hoping to find some gorgeous toys for Xmas that will last.
Aside from GLTC and PE toy van. Does anyone know any great websites for wooden toys? Xx
I don’t know about websites but Aldi have some lovely wooden toys in at the moment that are nicer quality than some that I paid a lot of money for.
I have bought Dd the airport and toy cake from there and have the fire station for my friends little boy.
Kidly
Definitely Aldi. I was in today for nappies and picked up a few excellent quality bits, very reasonable esp considering the price
BigJigs: www.bigjigstoys.co.uk/ they started off making Thomas the Tank Engine stuff but looking at their website, they've branched out a lot now. Really good quality and well priced

Mulberry Bush have some lovely stuff x
TK Max often do Janod wooden toys. I got some lovely bits for my babies in the past.
Orange Tree
Melissa and Doug toys have been my son's favourites through his toddler years. Available on amazon and Argos, beautiful quality and designs and not that expensive .
Babipur sells all the wooden toys including Plan, Grimm, Lanka, ostheizer...
Second Babipur, 'BUDDY' gets 10% off. All ethically and sustainably made, we've got some lovely toys from there.
Thanks so much! I can start xmas shopping in abundance now hahah xx
Oh thanks for the discount code @MamaToTheBabyBears we've got a gift voucher for babipur so will get on it!
Mine used to have them from:
Melissa and Doug
Le Toy Van
Sainsbury's & ELC
The car transporter my DS had from M&D was lovely and we had a lovely wooden cooker from Le Toy Van.
Have a look in the Jojo Maman Bebe catalogue or online.
Oh and my son has the most brilliant rocket from Hape. Just lovely. I love wooden toys.
Melissa & Doug..quality.

We've ordered two from this website and my girls love them, and play with them a lot! They are EDUCATIONAL as well! xx
Also try Brio and Ikea - both have lovely wooden toys. I also really like Janod toys for wooden options.
Thanks mummies. Some really great ideas!
