Is this right? Compact (folding) jumperoo and baby's feet are touching the floor

Not sure where to put this post - so apologies if this is the wrong section.

We have got the compact (folding) jumperoo. We have it on the final setting (4) which is for your older baby - however my 5 months old baby's feet are flat when is this. Is this right? I know he should be on tiptoes so I'm confused what I'm doing wrong.

He is a little bit taller than average for his age - but not off that chart's tall.

Any ideas or is this product faulty?

I thought feet were supposed to be on the floor rather than on tiptoes

Looks like balls of feet rather than flat feet for jumparoo. Sorry I was wrong
