Subscription/membership recommendations for 7 year old

Trying to think of a present for my 7 year old nephew. I'd like to avoid toys and clothes, but wondered whether there's a good magazine subscription or club membership I could buy him.

Has anyone got any recommendations? Ideally I'd spend no more than £35.

National geographic kids is a great magazine for that age, my 7 year old loves it
