Activities desk design

I am an A level student designing a small space, multifunctional, multiple surface activity desk for children aged 3-8. For my course work I need to do market research, which is why I'm on here.

So, I wanted to ask:
have you got any play/activity desks you would recommend?

What creative activity does your child like to do the most?

I like that this one has a sand option, but it's not really big enough or deep enough to hold much sand. www.argos.co.uk/product/2057099

This one has the option for a Lego base table top which is fantastic www.argos.co.uk/product/2802354

www.argos.co.uk/product/2049320 I like the drawers underneath this one but it's a bit too small. I'd prefer a table which two children can sit at so they can do activities together.

This one has pen and paint pots built into the table which is a handy feature. www.wayfair.co.uk/children-nursery/pdp/just-kids-forest-friends-childrens-2-piece-rectangular-table-and-chair-set-jkid2117.html It's helped helpful that you can remove the pots to wash them.

My son loves Lego but my daughter loves playing with sand and colouring.
