baby pool with built in seat?

Does anyone know if these actually exist? I have a niece who has Down syndrome and is 1 next week but she cannot sit up. Seems rubbish that she cannot join in and play with her cousins in a paddling pool. Those baby seats just seem way to big for a baby pool and we have limited space . Ifd also like to be able to put balls in there for a
