Does anyone know if you can replace the bearings on mookie street cruz scooter x

I don't know, interested to find out.... DS2 is on his 2nd Mookie 3-wheeled scooter and it's starting to get noisy and grinding... I got the first one because it was cheaper but now I think I should've just got him a Microscooter....
