Over the years I have attended various gyms and used the cardio machines then got bored and stopped.

Have been swimming this year which I love. But thought I'd add some weights weights to try & shed some weight.

The induction I had yesterday was great - included kettlebells , pulley weights, free weights & that thing you jump up on and then do pull ups with using your own body weight. Then I had a swim.

The thing is the weights session was only 1/2 an hour and I didn't do 10 reps x 3 of everything because the guy was just showing me.., but today am soooo stiff! Will it ALWAYS feel like this??? hmm
