Hi everyone before posting I would like to point out that this area was created for those that are lifting heavy weights in the gym.

If your looking for advice on how to loose your body weight there's a room called weight loss chat.

I'm posting this due to the amount of posts not relating to weight training thank you to anyone who reads this notice

I want to get lean and more sculpted and swing a 12kg bell, dead lift a 20k bar.

I know I could dead lift more but really low reps- is that right?

I do a lift an pump class and due to the repititions it's hard to lift heavy. But at the gym I could do more.

Any advice smile
