CrossFit and weak pelvic floor - solutions please?

I have started doing CF and really like it, but my weak pelvic floor (bladder prolapse) is making me self conscious...and I think I am leaking when doing things like lifting the bar and jumping on boxes. I don't like regular sanitary pads, is there anything a bit more natural I could try? And is there any way to avoid the leaking? Am doing pelvic exercises but not seeming to help this aspect. Thanks
