Video: upper body strengthening exercises - with or without weights!
I got a Fitbit flex 2 weeks ago. Have hit 10k steps a day everyday at least and dropped another 2% body fat. It's not great at tracking weights so I make sure I do at least 10k steps on top of the weights. It also links to mfp so I can track food in as well as calories burnt. Wondering if anyone else has one and of they manually enter their weights sessions on it?
