Video: upper body strengthening exercises - with or without weights!
I have lost 3 and a half stone since April last year. Luckily, I don't have lots of extra skin as it's been so gradual, however, I'm still carrying lots of fat. I've read weights can really help with this and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do at home or will I have to join the gym, which I'm really not confident doing tbh. Any help appreciated.
YOu can do stuff at home but you'd need to buy some kit. If you got some dumb bells and a swiss ball you could probably do quite a few of the workouts from the Nike Training Club App. Good luck.
