Body weight training is definitely a thing.

Nia Shanks writes quite a lot about body weight workouts.

I've seen Body by you recommended, but haven't read it myself.

If I was in London, and had the money, I'd do one of these workshops and get some recommendations there...

Body by You is great. It starts out at a level that literally anyone can do, and the gaps between the progressions are realistic as well.

there are masses of bodyweight exercises Ooompa, just search youtube, I've found some really good stuff on there that I'd never have thought of myself grin

I really like the fitnessblender workouts, I'm always recommending them on here - they're on youtube as well. If you go to the site you can select workouts according to what equipment you have, and there are loads of different options. Also, I think the couple that run it are adorable smile
