Weird coincidence or not?

Currently in hospital and a lady was put in the bed next to me this morning with the same name as me, my first name with my maiden name.
Surname is very unusual and I've never known anyone with it only family so when I heard my name I was stunned and the doctor introduced himself to her with the same first name as my brother.
My first name and my brothers first name are not popular names but the surname I've never heard anyone with.
Few weeks ago I asked for a sign I would be ok as I'm worried about results but I never noticed one!
So is this a sign or just a coincidence a strange one!

Huge coincidence. My DH confused the staff at the local takeaway yesterday as they had two orders for his name. But- very common name even in a small town like ours, think Tom Jones.
