How can I lose weight? How can I balance my hormones? I've come here for advice because I'm at breaking point. I was diagnosed with pcos last year. So I was an emotional wreck. I tried 2 contraceptives, cerelle mini pill and the depo Injection. they didn't work they made me worst. I tried a new one which I'm on called the combined pill rividgen. My hormones have became more stable on this up until recentlyand now I feel like its not working and I don't know what to do. My tiredness and weight gain is always on the rise, even with me eating the same and my job is always on my feet. But its worst now I'm getting emotional train wreck again, weight gain gain every week it's like I've become immune. Can anyone else recommend anything please? I need to lose weight. ( I did gymnastics in the past my tiredness was the same) so I think its down to hormones. I find it impossible to lose weight. I want to be more calm and less stressed and I want my stomach pains that I get everyday to stop. Doctors just recommend a different pill. I'm fed up of trying one after the other:-( okay rant over. Aha Any advice? :-)
