Hello there!
I actually don't believe in something that we don't see. I'm neither believe in god nor in devil. But I'm being through something lately that while i sleep, suddenly something is catching my whole body and not letting me move or open my eyes.. I couldn't talk, i couldn't open my eyes no matter how strongly i decide to do it, i couldn't speak or scream... My total body goes numb.. This has happening many a times whenever i sleep. It gives me a smooth vibration to my whole body.. Then it leaves me after few seconds . It leaves my body very slowly that i will be able to slightly move my hands legs and head.. I could open my eyes..

Today sonething strange happened, while the same above explained situation was happening to me while i was sleeping, i started seeing a demons face in my eyes.. My eyes were closed and i saw a female demon face.. And i heard her screaming and laughing.. That was really strange.. I couldn't think it waz a dream as I was completely in my senses and awaken.. I don't know what's this.. Can someone please help!!

don't worry, it's called sleep paralysis. Many people get it, including me. I don't know if there is a way to prevent it, but just knowing it isn't anything paranormal is reassuring.

It's sleep paralysis www.nhs.uk/conditions/sleep-paralysis/

Perfectly scientifically explainable but there have been plenty of supernatural/folk explanations over the years because it's such a bizarre phenomenon. It's also not very nice, hope you're not too shaken by it.

I sometimes see massive creepy crawlys all over the wall when I’m in that state. I’m not scared as I know they’re not real but I am conscious and not asleep when it happens. It’s a bit like you’re tripping but you know you are so you can be rational about it IYSWIM. I used to have awful sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis is a normal phenomenon and doesn't have any bearing on the existence or not of God. I'm a Christian myself and when I was younger I had sleep paralysis which I thought was a demonic attack (the presence I perceived vanished when I managed to call out the name of Jesus). However people also experience sleep paralysis as if it is an alien abduction or entirely unsupernatural home invasion. It is basically just a dream and stops when you manage to wake up. Understanding this didn't make me lose my faith, but I see no particular reason for it to affect your beliefs one way or the other.

You will feel very shaken after sleep paralysis- well I do anyway, it's horrible isn't it.

Sleep paralysis is horrible. It's happened to me a couple of times and is so scary.
Just try to wiggle your fingers or toes, only small movements and that can help to wake your body up.

Yep. Sleep paralysis. I get it when stressed and overtired. It's awful.

I get this. It’d really horrible! Now I’ve leaened what it is, I can rationally think when I’m in an episode and KNOW it’s sleep paralysis while it’s happening which does make it easier to stay calm and work though it. However in recent years it’s ramped up and I now get auditory hallucinations with it (a usual one is hearing someone heavily walking up the stairs, or door banging) and it does scare the crap out of me sometimes! Just hoping it doesn’t tip over into seeing things too - as that’s quite common for SP sufferers. Bloody weird phenomenon!

And I agree with pp that it happens when stressed or overtired. Also if I nap during the day.
