Who can tell me about this ring please? I've already posted in Philosophy/Religion but the thread slipped away into the abyss!

Just that basically. The engraving is HV, it's quite small, rolled very thin, I think made of Rose gold (it's hallmarked but too small to identify).

I have owned it for around 3 years.
