this was happening yesterday in leicester. the guy who has highlighted this and taken those pictures has contacted the press, rspca, police etc.

the horse in the water could not get up and had to be pts.

he is desperately trying to campaign to get the use of land changed and stop this -apparently the horses belong to a member of the travelling community and are sold for meat.

help Mark stop this. ive been reading his page all day. this had to be stopped and the owner needs to be prosecuted.
