I am a business manager in a maintained PRU. Budget £7m, 230 students, 140 staff. I earn £41k.
I've seen several jobs advertised recently, secondary academy jobs with job titles like Director of Resources and Operations but job descriptions and budgets very similar to mine. These seem to carry salaries £55-65k.
How much more do they want for the extra money?
