Long term supply pay

Has anyone who is on long term supply in England had their pay confirmed in the event of school closure? Obviously with tonight's announcement we know schools will now be closed from Friday. I queried my agency a few days ago about pay and it still hasn't been confirmed. I followed it up today about an hour before the announcement and still no word. I'm working in a MAT. Just wondering what others have been told. Surely there's a moral obligation here? Very worried considering I was already expecting two weeks no pay for Easter holidays but can't really afford to lose the weeks leading up to it and beyond!

I’m a supply ta and my head has put me on a temporary fixed contract until May. Might be worth asking?

I had an email from my agency pretty much saying that for long term supply they are appealing for schools to do the right thing and continue to pay.

I was fully expecting to not be paid but I was pleasantly surprised that school have agreed to pay me for however long it takes until we go back!
