I am new to this job, loads of experience in other teaching and professional roles. I'm really struggling with the constant bombarding of my inbox with harassing emails from management for various pieces of admin. Example: deadline for something was moved forward a week - fine, whatever. Deadline was then set for this week - today, Friday - end of day, and then the harassment begins. Reminders every day, lists of who hasn't completed it yet sent out to all staff. Today a series of emails with 'outstanding' in the subject line. Fine if I were past the deadline, but I'm not. I can't deal with this level of micro-management. Anything I can do? I sat on my hands all day, then sent something back along the lines of - it's not outstanding, see email thread below detailing deadline.
Am I meant to put up with this? Want to quit already, I hate it.
