Hi all
I have my pm review meeting tomorrow. This is my 8th year of teaching, and I am currently on mps6. I had 2 years out of working (1 for each of my children). I finished working at my old school in July 2017, and began at my new one in the September, on mps6.
Obviously, I am now looking to move on to ups1. I am unsure how much I need to 'prove' that I am worth it?! I have always moved up the scales and have 'passed' performance management. Is this all that is required?!
Any help/advice gratefully received!
