Reports thread?

A place for us all to moan and gripe.
Question- shall I do planning etc first or write my reports? Don’t realllllly want to do either but the house is clean now and I can’t procrastinate any longer unless I actually start decorating....

Start the reports - copy the template to create the right number of reports, put the names and other heading details in. Drop in notes of anything you need to say and don't want to forget. Write the trickiest report.

Then do your planning.

When you come back to do the reports you feel like half the job is done.

They’ve been set up for a while and I’ve just got the subjects to do- did the personal bit.
Think I’ll make a day by day list of to do fir the week...

I'm doing two a day. Not sure if it's the best approach but honestly find them so draining.

I keep putting off writing my trickiest one.
I've tried so hard with this one kid all year - he hasn't got a great home life, but he's such hard work and could do well as he's not daft at all. I'm struggling lots with his report.
Any euphemisms for "He's generally a little sod who disrupts everyone and could do well if he'd try"?

I think the words “potential” and “lively” could be useful?!
