Selling marked work on Facebook - not OK is it?

I'm in a few Facebook groups for people who teach the same subject as me. A couple of days ago, a group member posted that she'd had her moderated sample back and that it was all good (not exactly unusual) and therefore she would be happy to share examples of good work. Cue loads of people saying "yes please" This evening she's come back to say that her school LIV (Lead Internal Verifier - it's BTEC) and the students involved have said she can upload their work to the group, but that she can't just upload them to the files section of the group. Therefore she will email them to anyone who wants them for a cost of £3 per piece of work. Surely this is not OK? Before I make a fool of myself publicly by saying it's massively unethical, it's really not OK is it?

I agree.

She probably needs to read JQC's malpractice guide.

But it’s not her work to sell! confused

Goodness me, no. How is she expecting to receive payment???

Not sure - she put in the Facebook status that she’d email individuals.

I posted that I felt it was unethical. A couple of others agreed (although apparently 162 people asked for the work and agreed to pay!) and she removed the post. I do wonder if those 162 people still paid and got the work though - no way of telling!

I'm not normally a telltale , but I'd be tempted to report this to the board!

The subject head from the board is in the group so I’m hoping he saw it.

Totally unethical and not ok.
