Ours is on Friday evening. After a few months of casual planning it's all going into hyper drive now. Our facebook group is pinging constantly and although we are all on track and everyone has their own jobs, underneath we are all paddling like baby ducklings trying to keep up with mum.
I am still short on volunteers (my job), still have a load of raffle tickets to sort (also my job) and still have a load of signs to print off (my other job).
On the plus side our last event raised enough to pay for a load of decent microscopes for the science dept and a defibrillator.
Anyone else flying by the seat of their pants?
