Lesson planning books

Doesn't anyone use these to help them with their lesson plans? Are they worth investing in? If so, which ones would you recommend?

I'm not sure what you mean?

I have a teacher's planner that I write classes/topics in and anything I have ordered/need from technicians. I find that helpful day to say.

For KS3 we have a package with an online element which has ideas for lesson starters/activities/plenaries - fairly helpful but I find need a bit of tweaking to suit individual classes/pupils.

I have loads which I am going to get rid of over the summer as I so rarely look in any of them - everything I need is on the internet these days...

I don't have any kind of paper planner, I just plan on my laptop in word/PowerPoint.

I've often thought I'd like all those outstanding lessons that others create to be organised and published with an OFSTED stamp of approval. So much reinvention and repeated effort all over the country.
