Thanks for taking the time to send me your suggestions
I've used Musicline several times now. Anything by Craig Hawes has always been absolutely brilliant. Have done Porridge, Pirates of the Curry Bean and Ali Baba in recent years.
Look for the musical versions - great songs written around the lines/story.
We've used various Roald Dahl Revolting Rhymes for LKS2. Cinderella and Jack & the Beanstalk have been hits!
My two favourites have been pirates of the currybean and school daze.
Thanks for these recommendations
Edgy Productions have a good selection. Not free, but good quality and good music with a range of parts including chorus stuff for the less theatrically inclined.
Try Musicline, you can download sample songs/scripts etc
When my dd was in Yr6, they did Porridge which was very good. Very funny.
Hi, I'm looking for recommendations for a KS2 play for around 60 children. Can anyone suggest anything they've used? Thanks.
