I'm starting at a new prep school (leaving one for another so totally aware of what I've let myself in for). I need to choose what club to run. This is a compulsory part of the job spec for all prep teachers here. Any ideas? Non sport related!!

Lego? 
Doesn't it depend a little on what you are interested in? What have you run so far?
Over the years, I've done:
Lego, Netball, Football, Hockey, Rounders, Rugby, Lifesaving (and lunchtime pool duty...lovely). I do, however, enjoy them.
My husband has done Gardening and Stop Motion Animation/Computers.

My little boy did a space club and they were forever making models of planets and rockets.
Another one was movies 
where they watched age appropriate films and took it in turns to bring popcorn.
