Where is my motivation for this?

I'm going back on Monday. I have done literally no work over the Easter break so far. I have four large class sets of books to mark, two sets of exams to mark and all my planning for the next fortnight at least. It's making me stressed and anxious just by being there: I'm finding it incredibly difficult to just get over the mental hurdle of even starting. I know I should just get on with it and start today, but I have a sinking feeling that I'll be trying to do it all in a mad panic on Sunday afternoon Sad

Does anyone else get like this, or is it just me?

My tactic is usually to treat myself like a small child!
Allocate a specific manageable task (like one set of books?) to a specific time.
And a treat if you do it! (Ice cream here :) )
