I am a midday supervisor at a school.
I intend to resign (personal/family reasons) and leave at the end of the Xmas term
When would I need to hand my notice in?
I have to give one months notice
Can't find any info on LA website

31st November to leave on 31st December?

I'd do it so your last day is the last day of the Christmas hols, so date your resignation for one month before that.

If the day you would go back to work is 2nd Jan, I would date resignation 1st December. Then you'll get paid for the holidays.
