I have mentored PGCE students previously but from Monday I will be subject mentoring a Teach First student. I'm already concerned for him his timetable load (school have kept to Teach First guidelines and we have managed to fit in 2 shared lessons to limit how many lessons he will be solely responsible for).
I recieved an email yesterday from Teach First with details of an online training I have to complete and details of a meeting in another city I have to attend.
Anyone with any hints tips so I can support my new colleague but also not give myself too much more work
